Question by .02 RETURNS: Would a vegan use animal-free products manufactured by a company that ALSO manufacturers animal products?
If being a vegan is about reducing animal suffering as much as possible, wouldn’t supporting a company that ALSO manufactures animal products (even if what was purchased WAS vegan or animal-free) be somewhat contradictory to that goal?

it depends on the person’s opinion and goal.

some vegans don’t eat animal produce because they personally don’t want to and care about animal rights, but aren’t judgmental of others. Then there are vegan’s such as the organisation peta, whose whole goal is to convince everybody in the whole world to convert to veganism and care for the animals.

similarly, it depends how strict they are, some vegans would be picky about any chance of contamination from the animal products being used by the company/factory, which is why on a lot of labels for vegan and vegetarian food, they mention if it was made in the same factory as non-vegan food.

Question by : How can I get free products to review on my website?
I have a food blog, and would like to get free products to review on my site. I’ve seen it done on so many “mommy” blogs and things like that… even expensive electric equipment (like coffee makers, mixers, blenders, etc… were given to these bloggers for FREE just for reviewing on their website.)

how do I go about getting free stuff to review? Who do I have to email or call?

Find a website with the products you want to review and look for an affiliates link, usually on their home page somewhere (or check the site map if they have one). sign up and get approved. After your approved email them about the specific item you want and tell them that you would like to refer your readers to this item but you need to test the quality of it before you are willing to tack your name to the review, many will have no problem mailing you out a free test item.

Emphasis how large your following is so that they have no doubt they will make a profit off of the deal. This may be harder to achieve with larger more expensive items due to both the cost of the item and the cost of shipping but as long as they feel they will see a profit from the deal in the long run and they don’t have a strict policy against this(which some do) than you my friend can restock your whole kitchen on the house.

Health food stores and most large grocery stores now carry gluten free products. You can also try stores that carry kosher food because many Jewish people have problems with gluten.

These products are absolutely available and readily available in the US! Anyone can eat these products, but individuals who have celiac probably eat them the most. You can get gluten and wheat free products anywhere–in the specialty section of a chain grocery store, a specialty food store, sometimes diet food stores, whole foods, trader joes, etc. In terms of price, I think they may be a bit more than average, but that is to be expected when something is a bit more out of the ordinary…

I recently ran across a microsoft website that said if you had purchased a new computer within a certain set of dates, then you were eligible to get free products via mail in rebate. But, now I cannot find the website. Anyone know where it might be or anything about this promotion.

As far as I know, Microsoft ended its Vista promotions the end of March 2007. They had things like express upgrades for people who purchased XP at the end of 2006, and individual computer manufacturers offered rebates and other incentives when Vista first came out (Nov 2006 for businesses and Jan 2007 for consumers.)

i notice many sites say its a free product…. then you read the fine print and it says after singing up you make payments for for some other service per month etc etc etc….i am interested in seeing about some free products and if its actually possible! if anyone gets some products absolutely free would you post the link for me? thanks and this is one of my surveys i like doing to see what is really out there!

Here’s a site with a lot of free computer software, If you are talking about other things, like food, and things like that I’ve never heard of any. There are a lot of scams sites out there.
