I live in Montgomery County, PA. I found a stray cat and would like to keep her but I don’t have the $ $ to pay a vet just to check her out. I have cats of my own so I can’t risk putting them together. Are there any free services out there to help me?

Does your city or county have a humane society or animal shelter? Ask them to scan the cat for a microchip. She could be someone’s lost pet!
I would think a vet would scan her for free-a vet tech can do it. It would be like a public service.
