July 23 (Bloomberg) — Conrad Black, the former Hollinger International Inc. chairman, is free on a $2 million bail bond after signing release papers before a federal judge in Chicago today. U.S. District Judge Amy St. Eve said she is deferring his request to go to Canada until Aug. 16 while she waits for more complete financial information from him. Bloomberg’s Su Keenan reports.
