Yahoo still has its FREE services for non business internet users, its ID; email; geocities; groups but in tandem it’s touting a payment option eager for us to pay for these services instead of getting them for FREE.
Is it deliberately providing a slipshod service in these areas to entice users to start paying in the vain hope of acquiring a half way decent internet service?

Is Yahoo downgrading its FREE domestic services to encourage take up of its preferred payment option?
