am trying to make healthy changes at the moment and that includes losing weight, so would swapping pasta and bread for gluten Free Products make much of a difference?
I actually quite like the gluten free stuff so it shouldn’t be too hard

It wont really make all that much difference in all honesty if you are not gluten intolerant. Portion size, overall calorie intake, fat intake and sugar intake as well as frequency of eating and also amount of exercise that you do are what counts in losing weight. Try opting for wholemeal bread and wholemeal pasta (gluten free or not) and this will be the healthiest choice.
